Brickell City Centre is a large mixed-use complex consisting of two residential high-rise towers, two office buildings, a high-rise hotel, and an interconnected five-story shopping mall and lifestyle center covering 9 acres (36,000 m2) located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida. Situated at the junction of Miami Avenue and Eighth Street, it spans up to five blocks to the west of Brickell Avenue and to the south of the Miami River.

The festival is one of the largest in the world, and over one million visitors attend the Calle Ocho event. Showcasing Latin American and Caribbean culture, Calle Ocho is the largest Hispanic street festival in the United States.

South Beach, is a neighborhood in Miami Beach, Florida. It is located east of Miami between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The area encompasses Miami Beach south of Dade Boulevard. This area was the first section of Miami Beach to be developed, starting in the 1910s, due to the development efforts of Carl G. Fisher, the Lummus Brothers, and John S. Collins, the latter of whose construction of the Collins Bridge provided the first vital land link between mainland Miami and the beaches.

Bayside Marketplace (or simply Bayside) is an open-air shopping center in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States consisting of two retail structures: North Pavilion and South Pavilion. The center is situated on the banks of Biscayne Bay, with the City of Miami marina on one side. It was developed by The Rouse Company, a Columbia, Maryland-based real estate developer. Originally opened in April 1987 as a festival marketplace intended to save the city, it originally featured local businesses.
